  Hello. I had service scheduled in fredonia. Though I never received it. Here's what happened.
  1. Totes showed up 1 month after ordered.
  2. We were promised garbage removal even with no totes until they arrived. That never happened. We now have 3 weeks worth of garbage.
  3. Calling 5 different times did absolutely nothing. The customer representatives said the driver would know to remove all trash. Again no one ever came.
  4. The totes finally arrived but still no garbage was removed.
  5. We were finally frustrated enough to cancel service. Though I was very nice and respectful the girl from casella was not. I never try to burn my bridges. She was nice until I said I wanted to cancel. She then got an attitude.
  6. I asked for a refund since we never received service. After explaining why (nicely) she finally agreed. She told me to have the totes out clean and free of garbage. It was followed by a "is that all". I said yes thank you very much. She then hung up on me.
  After all of this I will NOT be using them again.
  
  Update:
  I received a phone call from a very nice supervisor. My problem was acknowledged after a bit. Even though I will not be receiving service from casella it was a kind gesture of them to reach out and try to resolve my issues. For that I was impressed.
